Request an Online Tutoring Appointment

Online tutoring is available only during selected times (Mon. and Wed. 5-8 PM) and only for students in selected sections within the pilot study. Please fill out and submit the appointment form and click "Submit" at the end.

Appointments need to be made at least one business day (24 hours) in advance--two days is better. After submitting your appointment request, you will receive an email confirmation of your appointment within one business day along with access information to the online tutoring location.
